You never wish to be involved in a life-threatening situation. But if you are, knowing basic life-saving skills and the correct way to administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) could mean the difference between life and death.
Our HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation course teaches the skills and knowledge required for cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines.
The course is aimed at anyone who may work in high-risk to health environments or anyone wishing to hold CPR skills and knowledge.
Students will learn how to successfully administer cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) and how to report incident details to emergency services.

Students must be 15 years old or older.
All students will engage in a language, literacy, numeracy and digital literacy (LLND) activity to evaluate potential support requirements.
